The value of Jakarta’s exports in November 2024 reached US$1,342.17 million, which decreased 7.01 percent compared to exports in October 2024 and rose by 34.75 percent compared to November 2023.
Oil and gas exports reached US$ 2.55 million, which decreased by 38.28 percent compared to October 2024, and rose by 79.78 percent compared to exports in November 2023.
Non-oil and gas exports in November 2024 reached US$ 1,339.62 million, which decreased 6.92 percent compared to October 2024 and rose 34.68 percent compared to November 2023.
The most significant export increase in main commodities November 2024 compared to October 2024 was animal or vegetable fats and oils at US$ 13.44 million (21.28 percent). Meanwhile, the largest decrease in the export value of leading commodities was machinery and mechanical appliances and part thereof at US$ 45.22 million (minus 33.63 percent).
By industry classification, non-oil and gas exports from the manufacturing industry declined by 8.02 percent, and mining and other exports declined by 57.33 percent compared to October 2024. However, the export value of agriculture sector has showed a positive growth by 27.77 percent compared to the preceding month.
The largest exports in November 2024 were to China, in the amount of US$192.77 million, followed by United States at US$181.98 million and Singapore at US$ 104.48 million, with the contribution of the three reaching 35.70 percent.
