Abstract

  • The occupancy rate of Jakarta star hotel rooms in September 2023 was 57.33 percent, which slightly increased by 1.47 percentage points compared to the previous month (m-to-m). The occupancy rate of a two-star hotel at 61.66 percent was the highest among all-star hotels.
  • The average length of stay of Jakarta star hotel guests in September 2023 was 1.67 days or decreased by 0.08 days compared to August 2023.
  • The proportion of foreign guests to total guests staying at star hotels in Jakarta in September 2023 reached 10.10 percent.
