Abstract

The occupancy rate of Jakarta star hotel rooms in August 2023 was 55.86 percent, which slightly increased by 0.36 percentage points compared to the previous month (m-to-m). The occupancy rate of a four-star hotel at 59.93 percent was the highest among all-star hotels.
  • The average length of stay of Jakarta star hotel guests in August 2023 was 1.75 days or rose by 0.04 days compared to July 2023.
  • The proportion of foreign guests to total guests staying at star hotels in Jakarta in August 2023 reached 10.21 percent.
