Abstract

Amidst high global economic  uncertainty and restrained consumption and investment in Jakarta’s main export destination country (China), Jakarta’s  export  performance  in July 2023 showed a positive  trend. This rise was shown in Jakarta’s exports, which reached US$ 896.67 million, slightly rising by 4.48 percent (month-to-month).
The increase in exports occurred in most of the main  export  commodities.  Manmade filament became the commodity with the highest export increase. China was a destination country for Man-made filament exports with specific commodities, namely man-made filament fiber/yarn/strips.
