Update on Strategic Indicators August 2021

Inflation
In July 2021, the prices of goods and services in DKI Jakarta are well controlled. During this month the aggregate deflation was 0.04 percent.

Export
Exports of goods from Jakarta in June 2021 amounted to US$ 1,007.6 million, up 39.9 percent compared to the previous month (m-to-m).

Import
Jakarta's imports in June 2021 were recorded at US$ 5,784.1 million
increased by 28.9 percent compared to the previous month (m-to-m).

Foreign Tourists (tourists)
There were 13,483 foreign tourists visiting Jakarta in June 2021, an increase of 5.5 percent compared to the previous month (m-to-m).

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK)
The ROR for star hotels in June 2021 was 51.9 percent, up 6.7 percent compared to the previous month (m-to-m).
