Signing of MoU and Cooperation Agreement with BPS DKI Jakarta Province with UNJ

Signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Cooperation Agreement (PKS) between the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of DKI Jakarta Province and State University of Jakarta (UNJ)
Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at the Brigadier General Latif Hendraningrat Hall, Dewi Sartika Building, State University of Jakarta (UNJ), a collaboration between BPS DKI Jakarta Province and UNJ has been signed regarding the establishment of a statistics corner within UNJ. The event was attended by the Chancellor of UNJ, Prof. Dr. Komaruddin, along with his staff and the Head of BPS DKI Jakarta Province, Dr. Drs. Anggoro Dwitjahyono, M.Si and his staff.
The statistics corner was formed as an effort by BPS DKI Jakarta Province to bring statistical services closer to academics, considering that more than 50 percent of service users from the BPS DKI Jakarta Province Integrated Statistics Service (PST) are academics. On this occasion, UNJ was the first university to receive this service. BPS DKI Jakarta Province will try to gradually add statistical services to other universities.
Dr. Drs. Anggoro Dwitjahyono, M.Si wanted the statistics corner to be a fun place for students to understand statistics, make it easier for students to obtain data and could be a place for consulting on statistics.
Prof. Dr. Komaruddin hopes that the statistics corner will become a more functional place for students, as a place to consult about data processing and can also provide training on statistics.
