Abstract
The year-on-year (y-on-y) headline inflation in May 2025 was 2.07 percent.Jakarta’s exports in April 2025 reached US$ 1,140.12 million, increasing 41.62 percent compared to April 2024. Oil and gas exports reached US$ 2.29 million, dropping by 24.67 percent compared to April 2024. Non-oil and gas exports in April 2025 reached US$ 1,137.83 million, increasing 41.87 percent compared to April 2024.Imports of Jakarta in April 2025 were worth US$ 6,479.36 million, increasing by 33.69 percent compared to April 2024. Imports of oil and gas in April 2025 were worth US$ 191.94 million, fell by 28.63 percent compared to April 2024. Imports of non-oil and gas in April 2025 were worth US$ 6,287.42 million, increasing by 37.35 percent compared to April 2024.The room occupancy rate (ROR) of classified hotels in Jakarta in April 2025 was 46.86 percent, which rose by 3,39 percentage points compared to April 2024 (y-on-y) and increased by 8.60 percentage points compared to March 2025 (m-to-m).The room occupancy rate (ROR) of non-classified hotels in Jakarta in April 2025 was 38.04 percent, which decreased by 2,58 percentage points compared to April 2024 (y-on-y), meanwhile compared to March 2025 (m-to-m) rose by 1.73 percentage points.The average length of stay at classified hotels in Jakarta in April 2025 was 1.65 nights, a decrease of 0.06 points compared to April 2024 and a decrease of 0.05 points compared to March 2025 (m-to-m).The average length of stay at non-classified hotels in Jakarta in April 2025 was 1.369 nights, climbed by 0.092 points compared to April 2024 but declined by 0.084 points compared to March 2025 (m-to-m).In April 2025, the number of passengers on MRT Jakarta, LRT Jakarta, and Transjakarta reached 3,258,454; 95,011 and 29,757,421 respectively.The number of passengers departing from Tanjung Priok Port was recorded at 26,848 people, and there were 2.89 million tons of goods loaded during April 2025.The number of passengers departing from Halim Perdanakusuma Airport was recorded at 132,078 people, and there were 4.75 thousand tons of goods loaded during April 2025.
