Abstract

The room occupancy rate (ROR) of classified hotels in Jakarta in May 2025 was 51.31 percent, which fell by 1,48 percentage points compared to May 2024 (y-on-y), meanwhile compared to April 2025 (m-to-m) rose by 4.45 percentage points.
The room occupancy rate (ROR) of non-classified hotels in Jakarta in May 2025 was 40.21 percent, which decreased by 2,02 percentage points compared to May 2024 (y-on-y), meanwhile compared to April 2025 (m-to-m) rose by 2.17 percentage points.
The average length of stay at classified hotels in Jakarta in May 2025 was 1.58 nights, an increase of 0.01 points compared to May 2024 but a decrease of 0.07 points compared to April 2025 (m-to-m).
The average length of stay at non-classified hotels in Jakarta in May 2025 was 1.331 nights, climbed by 0.150 points compared to May 2024 but declined by 0.038 points compared to April 2025 (m-to-m).
