Abstract

The room occupancy rate (ROR) of classified hotels in Jakarta in February 2025 was 59.07 percent, which rose by 7.99 percentage points compared to February 2024 (y-on-y) and increased by 5.57 percentage points compared to January 2025 (m-to-m).
The room occupancy rate of a two-star hotel at 61.88 percent was the highest among all-classified hotels.
The room occupancy rate (ROR) of non-classified hotels in Jakarta in February 2025 was 44.51 percent, which inclined by 1.37 percentage points compared to February 2024 (y-on-y) and rose by 1.10 percentage points compared to January 2025 (m-to-m).
The average length of stay at classified hotels in Jakarta in February 2025 was 1.60 nights, a decrease of 0.08 points compared to February 2024 but an increase of 0.02 points compared to January 2025 (m-to-m).
The average length of stay at non-classified hotels in Jakarta in February 2025 was 1.3720 nights, an increase of 0.1580 points compared to February 2024 and climbed by 0.0059 points compared to January 2025 (m-to-m).
