Abstract

The room occupancy rate (ROR) of classified hotels in Jakarta in November 2024 was 60.53 percent, which decreased by 0.84 percentage points compared to November 2023 (y-on-y) and increased by 0.75 percentage points compared to October 2024 (m-to-m).

The room occupancy rate of a four-star hotel at 63.61 percent was the highest among allclassified hotels.

The room occupancy rate (ROR) of non-classified hotels in Jakarta in November 2024 was 43.35 percent, which inclined by 0.46 percentage points compared to November 2023 (y-on-y) and rose by 0.22 percentage points compared to October 2024 (m-to-m).

The average length of stay at classified hotels in Jakarta in November 2024 was 1.61days, a decrease of 0.07 days compared to November 2023 but an increase of 0.02 days compared to October 2024 (m-to-m).

The average length of stay at non-classified hotels in Jakarta in November 2024 was 1.2169 days, a decrease of 0.0758 days compared to November 2023 and fell by 0.0002 days compared to October 2024 (m-to-m).

The proportion of foreign guests to total guests staying at classified hotels in Jakarta in November 2024 reached 10.09 percent.
