Abstract

The occupancy rate of classified hotels in Jakarta in September 2024 was 53.47 percent, which rose by 0.19 percentage points (month-to-month).
The room occupancy rate of non-classified hotels in Jakarta in September 2024 was 44.92 percent, which rose by 0.20 percentage points (month-to-month).
The room occupancy rate (ROR) of classified hotels in Jakarta in September 2024 was 53.47 percent, which increased by 0.19 percentage points compared to August 2024 (m-to-m) but decreased by 3.86 percentage points compared to September 2023 (y-on-y).
The room occupancy rate of a three-star hotel at 58.60 percent was the highest among all-classified hotels.
The room occupancy rate (ROR) of non-classified hotels in Jakarta in September 2024 was 44.92 percent, which rose by 0.20 percentage points compared to August 2024 (m-to-m) and rose by 2.39 percentage points compared to September 2023 (y-on-y).
The average length of stay at classified hotels in Jakarta in September 2024 was 1.43 days, an increase of 0.01 days compared to August 2024 (m-to-m), but a decrease of 0.24 days compared to September 2023 (y-on-y).
The average length of stay at non-classified hotels in Jakarta in September 2024 was 1.176 days, a decrease of 0.018 days compared to August 2024 (m-to-m) and fell of 0.077 days compared to September 2024 (y-on-y).
The proportion of foreign guests to total guests staying at classified hotels in Jakarta in September 2024 reached 9.48 percent.
