Abstract

The occupancy rate of classified hotels in Jakarta in July 2024 was 54.23 percent,
which fell by 1.27 percentage points (year-on-year).
The room occupancy rate of non-classified hotels in Jakarta in July 2024 was 44.52
percent, which rose by 5.46 percentage points (year-on-year).
The room occupancy rate (ROR) of classified hotels in Jakarta in July 2024 was
54.23 percent, which decreased by 1.27 percentage points compared to July 2023
(y-on-y) but increased by 1.25 percentage points compared to June 2024 (m-to-m).
The room occupancy rate of a three-star hotel at 60.16 percent was the highest
among all-classified hotels.
The room occupancy rate (ROR) of non-classified hotels in Jakarta in July 2024
was 44.52 percent, which rose by 5.46 percentage points compared to July 2023
(y-on-y) and rose by 0.88 percentage points compared to June 2024 (m-to-m).
The average length of stay at classified hotels in Jakarta in July 2024 was 1.46
days, a decrease of 0.25 days compared to July 2023 and a decrease of 0.01 days
compared to June 2024 (m-to-m).
The average length of stay at non-classified hotels in Jakarta in July 2024 was 1.18
days, a decrease of 0.09 days compared to July 2023 but an increase of 0.01 days
compared to June 2024 (m-to-m).
The proportion of foreign guests to total guests staying at classified hotels in
Jakarta in July 2024 reached 10.03 percent.
The number of Nusantara tourist trips to DKI Jakarta from January to June 2024
increased by 32.36 percent compared to the same period the previous year.
