Abstract

The occupancy rate of classified hotels in Jakarta in June 2024 was 51.54 percent, which fell by 4.06 percentage points (year-on-year).
The room occupancy rate of non-classified hotels in Jakarta in June 2024 was 43.64 percent, which rose by 1.02 percentage points (year-on-year).
The room occupancy rate (ROR) of classified hotels in Jakarta in June 2024 was 51.54 percent, which decreased by 4.06 percentage points compared to June 2023 (y-on-y) and decreased by 1.25 percentage points compared to May 2024 (m-to-m).
The room occupancy rate of a four-star hotel at 57.59 percent was the highest among all-classified hotels.
The room occupancy rate (ROR) of non-classified hotels in Jakarta in June 2024 was 43.64 percent, which rose by 1.02 percentage points compared to June 2023 (y-on-y) and rose by 1.41 percentage points compared to May 2024 (m-to-m)
The average length of stay at classified hotels in Jakarta in June 2024 was 1.47 days, a decrease of 0.25 days compared to June 2023 and a decrease of 0.10 days compared to May 2024 (m-to-m).
The average length of stay at non-classified hotels in Jakarta in June 2024 was 1.17 days, a decrease of 0.19 days compared to June 2023 and a decrease of 0.01 days compared to May 2024 (m-to-m).
