Abstract

The room occupancy rate (ROR) of classified hotels in Jakarta in March 2024 was 44.08 percent, which dropped by 9.29 percentage points compared to March 2023 (y-on-y) and fell by 7.00 percentage points compared to February 2024 (m-to-m).
The room occupancy rate of a four-star hotel at 45.23 percent was the highest among all-classified hotels.
The room occupancy rate (ROR) of non-classified hotels in Jakarta in March 2024 was 37.64 percent, which rose by 3.75 percentage points compared to March 2023 (y-on-y) and decreased by 5.50 percentage points compared to February 2024 (m-to-m).
The average length of stay at classified hotels in Jakarta in March 2024 was 1.56 days, a decrease of 0.29 days compared to March 2023 and a decrease of 0.12 days compared to February 2024 (m-to-m).
The average length of stay at non-classified hotels in Jakarta in March 2024 was 1.17 days, a decrease of 0.25 days compared to March 2023 and a drop of 0.04 days compared to February 2024 (m-to-m).
The proportion of foreign guests to total guests staying at classified hotels in Jakarta in March 2024 reached 10.59 percent.
