Abstract

The occupancy rate of Jakarta star hotel rooms in October 2023 was 56.42 percent, which slightly decreased by 0.91 percentage points compared to the previous month (m-to-m). The occupancy rate of a two-star hotel at 60.21 percent was the highest among all-star hotels.
  • The average length of stay of Jakarta star hotel guests in October 2023 was 1.67 days or remain stable compared to September 2023.
  • The proportion of foreign guests to total guests staying at star hotels in Jakarta in October 2023 reached 8.37 percent.
