Jakarta Star Hotel Occupancy Rate Relatively Stable in July 2023

Abstract

In July 2023, the condition of the Jakarta hotel industry is relatively stable compared to the previous month. This condition can be seen from the performance of two leading indicators, namely the room occupancy rate and the average length of stay, which remained steady.

The occupancy rate for star hotel rooms in Jakarta was 55.50 percent or slightly decreased by 0.10 percentage points compared to June 2023. In line with the performance of the occupancy rate, the average length of stay of Jakarta star hotel guests in July 2023 slightly dropped by 0.01 days to 1.71 days compared to the month before.
