Jakarta’s Rice Production 2022, Decreases (Preliminary Number)

Abstract

In 2022, the paddy harvested area in Jakarta is estimated to decrease by 4.35 percent (around 24.34 hectares) compared to conditions in 2021. This reduction will also affect Jakarta’s paddy production. During this period, paddy production is estimated to decrease by minus 15.64 percent (around 479.66 tons). Weather factors and pest disturbances are factors that interfere with productivity and contribute to the decline in production.
