Year-on-Year Imports Surge in July as Economic Activities Resume

Despite the surge case of COVID-19 in Jakarta, import performance has been able to manage its annual growth compared to the previous year. The rise in year-on-year imports was caused by the rise in all broad economic categories, which the imports of raw and auxiliary materials and capital goods showed a significant increase.
