2023 Data Needs Survey Training

Tuesday, 18 April 2023, BPS DKI Jakarta Province held SKD 2023 Training offline in the Meeting Room which was attended by representatives from Regency/City BPS throughout DKI Jakarta. The Data Needs Survey was conducted to find out the utilization of the results of the visit, the type of data needed, the service facilities used, and service complaints from data users. In addition, from the SKD it is possible to obtain the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).

On this occasion, Dwino Daries as Coordinator of the DKI Jakarta Province BPS IPDS Team was also present to open this training. The challenge in public services today is that there has been a shift in service facilities used by data users, which are usually through PST, now starting to move to online services. Of course, this requires innovation so that public services are right on target.
