Resume Release of the Official Statistical News of DKI Jakarta Province, 2 January 2023:

Inflation

December 2022, Jakarta's inflation will rise again. Year-on-year (yoy) inflation in December 2022 was recorded at 4.21 percent, up 0.10 percentage point compared to the previous month. The inflation rate at the end of this year is also far above December 2021 yoy inflation, which was only 1.53 percent.

Export

Jakarta's exports in November 2022 rose 0.23 percent compared to the previous month.

Import

Approaching the close of 2022, Jakarta's imports in this period grew 9.29 percent when compared to the previous month.

International Tourists

In November 2022, the arrival of foreign tourists to Jakarta increased by 1.22 percent compared to the previous month.

Room Occupancy Rate (TPK)

In November 2022 the Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for Jakarta star hotels was recorded at 60.81 percent, up 4.27 percentage points compared to the previous month. In line with this, the average length of stay for Jakarta star hotel guests in November 2022 increased by 0.07 days compared to conditions in October 2022.
