SILATIPA Privacy Policy

BPS DKI Jakarta Province as part of the DKI Jakarta Provincial government participates in serving the community by building the SILATIPA application as a free application. This SERVICE is provided by BPS DKI Jakarta Province at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use our Services.

If you choose to use our Services, then you consent to the collection and use of information in connection with this policy. The Personal Information we collect is used to provide and improve the Services. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed at SILATIPA unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy. 

About SILATIPA

INTEGRATED STATISTICAL SERVICE SYSTEM (SILATIPA) is the official Android application of BPS DKI Jakarta Province (https://jakarta.bps.go.id). SILATIPA is an innovation initiated by BPS DKI Jakarta Province and has been implemented since March 22 2022. It is hoped that this application can further facilitate services and access to BPS DKI Jakarta Province products. SILATIPA was developed by DKI Jakarta Province BPS employees who act as DKI Jakarta Province BPS programmers.

User Information

The information we collect from our users is divided into several categories:

1. Personal data and information, such as name, email address, gender, age, occupation, agency, cellphone number and necessary questions/needs.
2. Additional personal data and information. We may ask you to submit and verify yourself if we discover a violation or suspicion of your account.

We can carry out statistical, demographic and marketing analysis of users and customers as well as their habits and usage patterns for product development and attracting advertisers to user habits.

We will conduct a service satisfaction survey by sending emails to users for better product development.
